Louisville, KY — As delegates were forced to evacuate during their dinner, and committee assignments for Bluegrass legislators, we now know the source of the fire. According to officials, the small fire was a result of a pretzel machine.
When asked for a statement about the event, Gov. Clevenger said, “I am happy that no one was burnt alive, or froze to death in the cold.” He stated off the record that everything was safe, and that our assembly will move on. This fire happens during the first day of the Clevenger administration, and one day before the Governor’s budget meeting.
As of this evening, Y Officials reported that all attendees were present with no injuries.
